Schedule Relief

All Four Paws Veterinary Relief has doctors licensed in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania and we have support staff in Northern Virginia. Our team can assist with your staffing needs whether you are looking to cover a single shift or requesting consistent recurring coverage. We receive between 500 and 900 shifts requests per month so please submit your requests at least 4-6 weeks in advance. 

Our doctors do general practice appointments for dogs and cats but do have some availability to do surgeries/dentals once we have an established relationship with a clinic. We do have some doctors who do ER, exotics and livestock but you must specify this request to ensure the appropriate personnel are booked.

For GP – We have an 8 hour minimum on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends. Once booking is confirmed in writing we do have a 45-day cancellation period. We require that our doctors are set up with 30 minute appointment slots and ask that all of our staff are provided with either two thirty-minute or one one-hour block off per shift to eat, write records and/or handle any other administrative tasks. Once we have confirmed dates on the calendar, we will send you a contract that needs to be signed before our first scheduled shift. We bill weekly through Quickbooks based on the hours the doctors report to us.
