I grew up riding horses in Northern New York and decided I wanted to become a veterinarian at the age of 6. I worked in different veterinarian clinics from high school all the way through veterinary medical school. I graduated from Siena College in 2007 with a Bachelors in Biology. Next, I undertook a Masters program in Psychology and received my diploma in 2010 from the University of Phoenix. In 2014, I graduated from the University of Sydney in Australia with a BVSc (equivalent to a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine). I attended the Chi Institute and became certified in veterinary acupuncture in 2016 and was certified in spinal manipulation (chiropractic) in 2017. I started my own equine practice, Four Seasons Equine Veterinary Service, in 2017 in Orange, VA.
I have strong interest in holistic medicine and I offer acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to horses and small animals.
I joined All Four Paws Vet Relief in 2017. As a relief veterinarian I have a better work life balance which is very important in this profession. I know every veterinarian needs personal time and I am more than happy to assist my colleagues.
In my spare time I enjoy riding my horses Kasper and Bobby, hiking, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with my 2 dogs, Stella and Lani, 4 cats, Duncan, Lucky, Mr. Chang and Socks and goat, Dougie.
